Comprehensive services, from ground zero to completion.
ISS offers unparalleled GPR, concrete scanning and utility location services for commercial projects of all sizes. We partner with plumbers, electricians, GC’s, property managers, metal fabricators, and more – and our projects range from high-rises, parking garages and industrial sites to retail spaces, office remodels, schools, and even zoos. Count on us for experience and precision, a higher level of confidence in your project’s path forward, and the diligence and continued commitment that only come with a true partner.
We utilize the best in GPR scanning technology to provide a non-destructive assessment on all concrete scanning jobs. Whether the slab is on the ground, in the walls, or even the ceiling, we’ll provide clear markings before a core drill, anchor embedment, or any concrete penetration.

When we’re on the way to a job, we text a picture of the technician and an ETA.
GPS technology also is used to locate water, sewer, gas and electric lines. But oftentimes we find more than just utilities, like storage tanks, septic tanks, and even graves. If it’s underground, we’ll locate it – so you can keep your project moving
We follow up with you until your project is complete.

When a project requires scanning beyond the industry norm, we utilize our GPR’s 3D capabilities to get a comprehensive understanding of a subsurface area. This technology provides more refined images, enabling collection of overlapping data from multiple directions. It’s particularly useful when interpreting complex structures or patterns, like heavily reinforced concrete or complex utility installations, as it allows for more accurate visualization of an object’s shape and orientation.

-
Provides higher-resolution images over a large area
-
Enables detection of smaller, subtler features
